Data controller (administrator danych)
The controller of your personal data — administrator danych in the meaning of the Polish RODO / EU GDPR — is Flyreel Studio (EU · Poland), which operates KinemaLabs. All processing described below is carried out by this controller.
What this notice covers
This notice explains how we handle the information you submit through the pilot-cohort application form on this website. It does not cover the separate consent and data-processing terms for capture contributors, which are provided directly to contributors during an engagement.
What we collect
From the application form: your name, work email, company, role, and your selections about robot type, needed data modalities, use case, target package, approximate volume and timeline. We also record the consent text you agreed to and a timestamp, plus basic technical metadata (IP address and user agent) for security and anti-spam. If you click to reserve a sample pack, we record which pack and price point you clicked (never any card or payment details — none are collected) to gauge demand and prioritise the pilot cohort; the lawful basis for this is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Why we collect it (lawful basis)
We process this information to respond to your enquiry and scope a potential engagement. The lawful basis is your consent (which you give via the form checkbox) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
Who processes it
Submissions are stored on our own server and are also forwarded to an internal notification channel operated via the Telegram Bot API so the team is alerted to new enquiries. Telegram acts as a messaging processor for that notification. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
International transfers
Where a notification or follow-up involves transfer outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses). We keep transfers to the minimum needed to respond to you.
Retention
We keep application data only as long as needed to evaluate and pursue the enquiry, and delete or anonymise it when it is no longer required. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, or to withdraw consent, use the request channel below. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
Making a request
This is a pre-launch validation site with no public inbox or phone line. To make a privacy request (access, deletion, withdrawal of consent), submit it through the pilot form on this site and mark it "privacy request"; it is actioned against the data controller, KinemaLabs — Flyreel Studio (EU · Poland). We honour deletion across both our lead store and the Telegram notification channel.
